Terms of Use
These terms govern access to msgmatrix.com and the MsgMatrix panel (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are setting up MsgMatrix for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.
The Service
MsgMatrix lets a business connect an Instagram professional account and automate replies, comment actions, forms, and related messaging that you configure. Delivery depends on Meta’s platform, your permissions, and the rules of the account you connect. MsgMatrix is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.
Accounts
You must give a working email address and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under the account. Connect only Instagram or Facebook assets that you own or are allowed to manage.
Acceptable use
You will not use MsgMatrix to:
- Break Meta’s platform terms, Instagram’s terms, or the law that applies to you.
- Send spam, harass people, mislead them, or distribute content you do not have the right to send.
- Scrape data, bypass rate limits, or interfere with the Service or Meta’s APIs.
- Upload unlawful or harmful material.
We may suspend or close access if a workspace breaks these terms or creates a security risk.
Your content
You keep the rights to the text, media, and flows you upload. You give us permission to host and transmit that material only so we can operate the Service for you — for example, storing a reply and sending it when a keyword matches. How we handle personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and fees
If a paid plan is offered, the price and billing period are shown in the panel before you pay. A free trial, when offered, lasts for the number of days stated at signup. Taxes or payment-provider charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
Availability
The Service is provided as available. Meta can change permissions, webhooks, or review rules, and those changes can limit or stop a feature. We do not promise that every message will be delivered, or that the panel will be free of interruption.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, MsgMatrix is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss caused by a Meta outage, an Instagram account restriction, or an action you take with the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending use
You may stop using the Service at any time. To delete a workspace, email [email protected] from the account email. We may end access if you break these terms or if we must do so for a legal or security reason.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. If you keep using the Service after that date, the updated terms apply.
